摘要
目的分析质量控制在体检中心结算工作中的应用价值。方法该院于2020年1月开始在体检中心结算工作中应用质量控制,对质量控制实施前(2019年3—12月)以及质量控制实施后(2020年1月—2021年10月)期间护理人员护理质量展开评估并比较。结果与实施前相比,实施后体检中心结算人员管理质量评分均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作人员满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于质量控制实施前,实施后体检中心结算工作人员护理质量评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量控制应用于体检中心结算工作中的价值显著,提高管理质量的同时,体检中心结算工作人员对管理措施的满意度以及护理质量评分也明显提高。
Objective To analyze the application value of quality control in the settlement of physical examination centers.Methods The hospital began to apply quality control in the settlement work of the physical examination center in January 2020.Before the implementation of quality control(March to December 2019)and after the implementation of quality control(January 2020 to October 2021),the nursing quality of future price nurses was evaluated and compared.Results Compared with before the implementation,the management quality scores of the settlement personnel in the physical examination center were improved after the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);staff satisfaction significantly improved,it was significantly improved after the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with before the implementation of quality control,the nursing quality score of the settlement staff in the physical examination center was significantly higher after the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of quality control applied to the settlement work of the medical examination center is significant.While improving the management quality,the satisfaction of the settlement staff of the medical examination center to the management measures and the nursing quality score are also significantly improved.
