摘要
目的探究以胜任力为指导的护理管理模式在手术室护士管理中的可行性。方法选取2019年5月—2021年6月该院手术室在职护理人员27名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2019年5月—2020年5月)和管理后(2020年6月—2021年6月),管理前进行传统护理管理模式,管理后进行以胜任力为指导的护理管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员手术体位专业摆放能力、心理素质及职业倦怠感。结果管理后护理人员皮肤保暖、呼吸循环、术野暴露面积、血管神经不受压、体位用物选择等专业能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员心理能力、心理品格、自我适应、环境适应、心理动力等心理素质评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后工作人员在情绪耗竭、去人性化方面评分显著低于管理前,个人成就感方面评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论就手术室护士实施两种管理方法的对比之下,以胜任力为指导的护理管理质量更高,其可显著提升护士专业能力、心理素质,降低职业倦怠感,更具选择优越性。
Objective To explore the feasibility of the nursing management model guided by competency in the management of nurses in the operating room.Methods A total of 27 on-the-job nurses in the operating room of the hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were selected,and recorded as before management(May 2019 to May 2020)and after management(June 2020 to June 2021)according to the time,the traditional nursing management mode was carried out before management,and the nursing management mode guided by competency was carried out after management,and the nursing staff's surgical position professional placement ability,psychological quality and job burnout were compared before and after management.Results After management,nursing staff's professional ability scores such as skin warmth,breathing and circulation,exposed area of operation field,uncompressed blood vessels and nerves,and choice of body position and materials were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of psychological quality,psychological quality,self-adaptation,environmental adaptation,and psychological motivation of nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after management,the scores of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization of staff were significantly lower than those before management,and the scores of personal achievement were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing the two management methods implemented by operating room nurses,the nursing management quality guided by competency is higher,it can significantly improve the professional ability and psychological quality of nurses,reduce job burnout,and has more choice advantages.
