呼吸内科护理管理中运用绩效考核的方法与效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析呼吸内科护理管理中运用绩效考核的方法与效果。方法随机抽取2020年1—12月该院在呼吸内科工作的20名护理人员进行研究,将其纳入参比组,应用基础护理管理。随机抽取2021年1—12月该院在呼吸内科工作的20名护理人员进行研究,将其纳入观察组,应用绩效考核护理管理。比较两组护理人员管理后的测评成绩、工作能力、管理满意度。结果护理管理后,观察组护理人员的测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对呼吸内科护理人员进行管理时,应用绩效考核护理管理能够提升护理人员认知水平,锻炼护理人员工作能力,提高管理满意度。 Objective To analysis the method and effect of performance appraisal in nursing management of respiratory medicine.Methods 20 nursing staff working in the department of respiratory medicine in the hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly selected for research,and included in the reference group,and basic nursing management was applied.20 nursing staff working in the department of respiratory medicine in the hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly selected for research,and they were included in the observation group,and the performance appraisal nursing management was applied.The evaluation scores,work ability and management satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff after management were compared.Results After care management,the evaluation scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff in the observation group had higher satisfaction with the management of patients than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of nursing staff in respiratory medicine,the application of performance appraisal nursing management can improve the cognitive level of nursing staff,exercise the working ability of nursing staff,and improve management satisfaction.
