Influence of Hospital Culture Construction on Improving Employee Satisfaction

目的探讨医院文化建设对提高员工满意度的影响。方法选取该院2018年9月—2020年4月在职的26名医务工作者,比较医院文化建设实施前后的职业认同感与工作满意度。结果医院文化建设实施后医务工作者的组织影响感评分(18.59±2.48)分、患者影响感评分(17.93±2.15)分、自我效力感评分(20.18±4.21)分、自己决定感评分(19.18±3.21)分、有意义感评分(21.49±1.95)分、把握感评分(20.81±3.04)分、一致感评分(19.59±2.38)分、心理资本评分(126.81±23.40)分、组织支持性感知评分(130.04±16.92)分、工作特征评分(89.82±5.38)分、患者态度评分(23.31±4.27)分、工作满意度评分(34.58±4.73)分均较实施前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院文化建设能够提升医务工作者的职业认同感与满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of hospital culture construction on improving employee satisfaction.Methods 26 medical workers in the hospital from September 2018 to April 2020 were selected and compared their professional identity and job satisfaction before and after the implementation of hospital culture construction.Results After the implementation of hospital culture construction,medical workers'scores of organizational influence(18.59±2.48)points,patients'influence(17.93±2.15)points,and self-efficacy(20.18±4.21)points,self-determination score(19.18±3.21)points,meaning(21.49±1.95)points,grasp(20.81±3.04)points,consistency score(19.59±2.38)points,psychological capital score(126.81±23.40)points,organizational support perception score(130.04±16.92)points,job characteristic score(89.82±5.38)points,patient attitude score(23.31±4.27)points,job satisfaction score(34.58±4.73)points,all were higher than those before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of hospital culture can improve the professional identity and satisfaction of medical workers.
