摘要
目的探讨互联网+PDCA循环管理模式在医院人事档案管理工作中的应用与效果。方法将该院于2019年1月—2021年9月收集的220份医院人事档案作为该次研究对象,根据档案管理方式的不同分为甲、乙两组,各110份,分别给予常规档案管理方案与互联网+PDCA循环管理模式,分析两组人事档案管理效果。结果甲组人事档案管理总有效率为81.82%,显著低于乙组的97.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),档案管理人员对乙组档案管理时效性、管理流程、工作强度与管理质量的满意度评分均显著高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网联合PDCA循环管理模式可明显提高医院人事档案管理效率,提升档案管理人员工作满意度与积极性,整体效果显著。
Objective To explore the application and effect of the Internet+PDCA cycle management model in the management of hospital personnel files.Methods The 220 hospital personnel files collected by the hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were used as the research objects.According to the different file management methods,they were divided into group A and group B,each with 110 copies.They were given the conventional file management plan and the Internet+PDCA cycle management mode,and analyzed the effect of personnel file management in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of personnel file management in group A was 81.82%,which was significantly lower than 97.27%in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of archives managers on the timeliness of archives management,management process and work intensity,and management quality in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet combined PDCA cycle management model can significantly improve the efficiency of hospital personnel file management,improve the job satisfaction and enthusiasm of archives management personnel,and the overall effect is remarkable and worthy of promotion.
