肛肠外科护理管理中质量控制小组管理模式的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Control Group Management Mode in Nursing Management of Anorectal Surgery

目的探析肛肠外科护理管理中质量控制小组管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月在该院肛肠外科工作的医务人员20名纳入观察组,应用质量控制小组管理模式。选取2020年1—12月在该院肛肠外科工作的医务人员20名纳入参比组,应用基础管理模式。分析两组医务人员进行管理后的肛肠外科相关知识掌握程度、工作能力、管理满意度。结果观察组医务人员的肛肠外科相关知识掌握程度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员所负责的患者管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用质量控制小组管理模式能够丰富医务人员肛肠外科相关知识,增强医务人员工作能力,提高管理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control group management mode in nursing management of anorectal surgery.Methods 20 medical staff working in the anorectal surgery department of the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and included in the observation group,and the management mode of the quality control group was applied.20 medical staff working in the anorectal surgery department of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and included in the reference group,and the basic management model was applied.To analyze the knowledge mastery,work ability and management satisfaction of anorectal surgery after management by medical staff in two groups.Results The medical staff in the observation group had higher knowledge of anorectal surgery than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the medical staff in the observation group had higher working ability than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the medical staff in the observation group was more satisfied with the management of the patients than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To use of quality control group management model can enrich medical staff's knowledge of anorectal surgery,enhance medical staff's work ability,and improve management satisfaction.
