Application Value of Continuous Nursing Quality Management in Nosocomial Infection Control in ICU

目的研究ICU院内感染控制中持续护理质量管理的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月该院的10名护理人员为研究对象,依据实施的管理模式不同分为对照组和研究组,研究组行持续护理质量管理模式,对照组行常规管理模式,比较两组护理前后的满意度。同时,两组护理人员分别对32例ICU患者进行管理,比较两组护理前后的生活质量评分及护理后的院内感染发生率。结果管理前,两组生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组管理后的生活质量评分较管理前更高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,研究组较对照组院内感染发生率更低,满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU院内感染控制中持续护理质量管理的应用效果显著,可提升护理人员满意度,减少患者院内感染发生风险,提升其生活质量。

Objective To study the application value of continuous nursing quality management in nosocomial infection control in ICU.Methods Selected 10 nurses in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into control group and research group according to the different management modes implemented.The research group was given continuous nursing quality management mode,and the control group was given routine management mode,and the satisfaction levels before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the two groups of nurses managed 32 ICU patients,respectively,and compared the quality of life scores before and after nursing and the incidence of nosocomial infection after nursing in the two groups.Results Before management,there was no statistically significant in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with before management,the scores of quality of life in the two groups after management were higher,and the research group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the research group had lower incidence of nosocomial infection and higher satisfaction than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of continuous nursing quality management in nosocomial infection control in ICU is significant,which can improve the satisfaction of nursing staff,reduce the risk of nosocomial infection in patients and improve their quality of life.
