三级量化管理模式在冠心病护理管理中的应用

Application of Three-Level Quantitative Management Model in Nursing Management of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨三级量化管理模式在冠心病护理管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析以2019年2—12月及2020年1—10月吉林省人民医院心血管内一科护理人员10名为该次研究对象,同一组人员按照时间段分前者为对照组,后者为观察组,其中对照组采取岗位责任制管理方案进行管理;观察组在对照组基础上采取三级量化护理管理模式,活动结束后比较两组护理管理人员理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、管理能力成绩及满意度评价。结果①活动结束后,观察组理论考核成绩评分为(90.15±7.38)分,对照组理论考核成绩评分为(81.32±8.39)分,经对比,差异有统计学意义(t=2.590,P=0.032);观察组专业技能考核评分为(90.05±7.92)分,对照组专业技能考核评分为(80.42±8.31)分,经对比,差异有统计学意义(t=2.650,P=0.032);观察组护理管理考核评分为(93.26±7.91)分,对照组护理管理考核评分(84.40±7.29)分,经对比,差异有统计学意义(t=2.610,P=0.032)。②观察组护理管理人员满意明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.906,P=0.048)。结论三级量化管理模式在冠心病护理管理中不仅可以提高心内科护理人员的护理质量,同时提高了患者的生活质量,值得在护理管理中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of the three-level quantitative management model in the nursing management of coronary heart disease.Methods From February to December 2019 and from January to October 2020,10 nurses in the First department of cardiovascular medicine,Jilin Provincial People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.The same group of people were grouped according to time period,the former was the control group,and the latter was the observation group.The control group was managed by the post responsibility system management plan,and the observation group was managed by the three-level quantitative nursing management model on the basis of the control group.After the activity,the theoretical assessment scores,skill assessment scores,management ability scores and satisfaction evaluation of the two groups of nursing managers were compared.Results 1.After the activity,the theoretical assessment score of the observation group was(90.15±7.38)points,and the theoretical assessment score of the control group was(81.32±8.39)points.After compared,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.590,P=0.032).The professional skills assessment score of the observation group was(90.05±7.92)points,and the professional skills assessment score of the control group was(80.42±8.31)points.After compared,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.650,P=0.032).The nursing management assessment score of the observation group was(93.26±7.91)points,and the nursing management assessment score of the control group was(84.40±7.29)points.After compared,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.610,P=0.032). 2.The satisfaction of nursing managers in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.906, P=0.048). Conclusion The application effect of the three-level quantitative management model in the nursing management of coronary heart disease can not only improve the nursing quality of nursing staff in the department of cardiology, but also improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application in nursing management.
