层级管理在心内科中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Hierarchical Management in Cardiology Department

目的分析心内科中层级管理的应用效果和价值。方法分析对象为2021年1—8月在该院心内科就诊的患者150例,护理人员20名,以随机数字法分组,研究组10名护理人员,75例患者,实施层级管理,对照组10名护理人员,75例患者,实施常规管理,对比和分析管理效果。结果与对照组对比,研究组护理质量(护理操作、健康教育、病房管理、护理文书、病情评估、基础护理)各项评分均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,研究组护理人员操作技能、知识考核成绩均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(22.67%)对比,研究组护理差错发生率(5.33%)明显较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,管理后研究组患者生活质量(物质状态功能、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能)各项评分均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科中实施层级管理效果突出,不但可提升护理质量,有利于护理人员素质提升,有利于减少患者不良反应和护理差错发生风险。

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of middle-level management in cardiology department.Methods The analysis objects were 150 patients and 20 nursing staff who visited the Cardiology Department of our hospital from January to August 2021.They were divided into groups by random number method.The research group consisted of 10 nursing staff and 75 patients,and implemented hierarchical management.The control group consisted of 10 nursing staff and 75 patients,who received routine management.Compare and analyze management effectiveness.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing quality of the study group(nursing operation,health education,ward management,nursing documents,disease assessment,basic nursing)scores were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing staff's operational skills and knowledge assessment scores in the study group were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(22.67%),the incidence of nursing errors in the study group(5.33%)was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life(material state function,psychological function,social function,physical function)scores of the patients in the study group after management were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management in cardiology department has outstanding effect,which can not only improve the quality of nursing,but also help improve the quality of nursing staff,and help reduce the risk of adverse reactions and nursing errors of patients.
