电诊科护士实施基于胜任力为指导管理模式的应用效果分析

摘要 目的观察基于胜任力为指导管理模式在电诊科护士中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年8月该院电诊科在职护理人员36名,根据时间不同分为对照组(2019年7月—2020年7月)和观察组(2020年8月—2021年8月),对照组采取传统护理管理模式,观察组采取基于胜任力为指导的护理管理模式,对比两段时期护理人员专业诊疗技术辅助能力、护理服务能力以及职业生命质量。结果观察组护理人员在超声造影术、超声介入术、微波消融术、穿刺置换引流术等专业诊疗技术辅助能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员健康知识普及水平、护患沟通水平、细节服务水平、随机应变水平等护理服务水平评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员在工作量、工作环境、社会环境、工作家庭平衡等职业生命质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电诊科实施基于胜任力为指导的护理管理模式可显著提升护理人员专业诊疗技术辅助能力、护理服务水平、强化职业生命质量,保障电诊科护理工作稳定运行。 Objective To observe the application effect of the management model based on competency as the guidance of the nurses in the electrodiagnostic department.Methods A total of 36 on-the-job nurses in the electrodiagnostic department of the hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected.According to different time,they were divided into control group(July 2019 to July 2020)and observation group(August 2020 to August 2021).The control group adopted the traditional nursing management model,while the observation group adopted the nursing management model guided by competency.The nursing staff's professional diagnosis and treatment technical assistance ability,nursing service ability and occupational life quality were compared between the two periods.Results The nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the auxiliary ability scores of professional diagnosis and treatment techniques such as contrast-enhanced ultrasound,ultrasound intervention,microwave ablation,puncture replacement and drainage,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing service level scores of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of occupational life quality of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of workload,work environment,social environment,and work-family balance,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the competency-based nursing management model in the electrodiagnostic department can significantly improve the nursing staff's professional diagnosis and treatment technical assistance ability,nursing service level,and strengthen the professional life quality,ensure the stable operation of the nursing work of the electro-diagnostic department.
