Research on the Value of Strengthening Detail Management Application in Obstetric Nurses

目的探究强化细节管理应用在产科护士中的可行性。方法选取2019年1月—2021年2月该院产科在职护理人员12名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2019年1月—2020年1月)和管理后(2020年2月—2021年2月)。管理前进行传统护理管理模式,管理后进行强化细节护理管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员综合能力、评判性思维能力、职业幸福感。结果管理后,护理人员健康宣教、心理干预、助产技术、自学能力、服务态度、健康评估等综合素质评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护理人员求知欲、寻找真相、分析能力、开放思想、系统组织能力、认知成熟度、评判思维自信等评判性思维能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护理人员生活满意、正性情感、生命活力、健康关注、利他行为、自我价值、友好关系、人格成长等职业幸福感评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对产科护士进行强化细节护理管理模式可显著提升护理人员综合能力、评判性思维及职业幸福感。

Objective To explore the feasibility of strengthening detail management in obstetric nurses.Methods A total of 12 on-the-job nursing staff in the undergraduate obstetrics department from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected and recorded as before management(January 2019 to January 2020)and after management(February 2020 to February 2021);the traditional nursing management model was carried out before management,and the detailed nursing management model was carried out after management,and the comprehensive ability,critical thinking ability,and occupational well-being of nursing staff were compared before and after management.Results The comprehensive quality scores of nursing staff after management,such as health education,psychological intervention,midwifery technology,self-learning ability,service attitude,and health assessment,were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of critical thinking ability,such as curiosity,truth-seeking,analytical ability,open mind,systematic organization ability,cognitive maturity,and self-confidence in critical thinking,of nursing staff were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational well-being scores of nursing staff,such as life satisfaction,positive emotion,vitality,health concern,altruistic behavior,self-worth,friendly relationship,and personality growth,were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the detailed nursing management model for obstetric nurses can significantly improve the comprehensive ability,critical thinking and occupational well-being of nursing staff.
