细节护理管理结合安全管理模式在血液净化中心护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Detailed Nursing Management Combined with Safety Management Mode in Nursing Management of Blood Purification Center

目的探究细节护理管理结合安全管理模式在血液净化中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法该次研究于2020年1—12月纳入血液净化中心工作的40名护理人员,使用随机的方法分成对照组、观察组,每组20名。给予对照组常规护理管理,观察组则展开细节护理管理结合安全管理,对比两组管理指标、护理质量、差错发生率、差错主动上报率、差错重复发生率。结果观察组病区管理、感染控制、技能考核、设备管理均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察的差错发生率、差错重复发生率均低于对照组,差错主动上报率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组仪器准备、物品准备、专业技能以及安全质量的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液净化中心护理管理中实施细节护理管理结合安全管理有良好应用价值,可更好地提高护理质量,降低差错发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing management combined with safety management mode in nursing management of blood purification center.Methods From January to December 2020,a total of 40 nurses working in the blood purification center were included in this study,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group),20 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,while the observation group carried out detailed nursing management combined with safety management,and compared the management indicators,nursing quality,error rate,error reporting rate,and error repetition rate of the two groups.Results The ward management,infection control,skill assessment,and equipment management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observed error rate and error repetition rate were lower than those in the control group,and the error reporting rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of instrument preparation,item preparation,professional skills and safety quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of detailed nursing management combined with safety management in the nursing management of blood purification centers has good application value,which can better improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of errors.
