摘要
目的分析剖宫产术后母乳喂养的无缝隙护理管理模式与应用效果。方法于2021年1—12月选取该院产科工作的医护人员50名展开研究,按照随机抽样分组法分为两组。参比组25名医护人员应用传统护理管理模式,观察组25名医护人员应用无缝隙护理管理模式。分析不同组别产科医护人员进行管理后的产科测评成绩、工作能力、管理满意度。结果观察组医护人员的产科测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对产科工作的医护人员进行管理时,应用无缝隙护理管理模式能够提升医护人员认知水平,增强医护人员工作能力,提高管理满意度。
Objective To analyze the seamless nursing management mode and application effect of breastfeeding after cesarean section.Methods From January to December 2021,50 medical staff working in the obstetrics department of the hospital were selected for the study.According to the random sampling method,they were divided into two separate groups,25 medical staff in the reference group applied the traditional nursing management model,and 25 medical staff in the observation group applied the seamless nursing management model.The obstetric evaluation scores,work ability and management satisfaction of different groups of obstetric medical staff after management were analyzed.Results The obstetric evaluation scores of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the medical staff in charge of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in obstetrics,the application of seamless nursing management model can improve the cognitive level of medical staff,enhance the working ability of medical staff,and improve management satisfaction.
