In recent years,information technology has developed rapidly,and its application in hospital information management system provides an effective guarantee for the improvement of medical technology,workflow and hospital nursing services.Taking diabetic patients as an example,by using information technology to build a blood glucose information management model,it provides patients with a new blood glucose monitoring process and promotes the improvement of blood glucose nursing management quality.In view of the fact that this study first analyzes the current situation of diabetic patients blood glucose management,then introduces the role of blood glucose information management in the management of diabetic patients,and conducts a detailed analysis of the specific application practice of the blood glucose information management system,aiming to strengthen the management of diabetes patients.Blood glucose management provides an effective guarantee for the improvement of patients'quality of life.
