一流学科建设视域下我国护理硕士研究生培养困境与实践路径分析 被引量:6

摘要 护理学硕士研究生是护理学科高层次人才培养的重要组成部分,是护理学科发展的中坚力量,在医疗卫生事业中发挥着越来越大的作用。该文通过分析我国首批护理学一流学科建设点研究生培养特点,并将其与国内研究生整体培养情况进行对比分析,剖析背后原因与困境,从扩大招生规模、促进多学科间融合、明确培养目标、优化课程设置等方面优化我国护理学科研究生培养路径,以期为我国护理学研究生的培养和护理学科高质量发展提供有益参考。 Master of nursing is an important part of the high-level talents cultivation in nursing discipline.It is the backbone for nursing discipline development and plays an increasingly important role in medical and health care systems.This paper analyzed the characteristics of postgraduate training in the first batch of nursing first-class discipline construction sites in China,compared them with the overall training of graduate students,and analyzed the reasons and difficulties.We optimized the training path of nursing graduates from the aspects of expanding the enrollment scale,promoting the integration of multiple disciplines,clarifying the training objectives and optimizing the curriculum to provide useful references for training of nursing graduates and the high-quality development of nursing discipline in China.
