摘要
为了提高数控加工工艺复用系统的灵活性与可移植性,提出了基于局部特征的数控加工工艺复用方法,通过定义数控加工特征模板的方式,实现针对特征定义和特征数控加工工艺的灵活修改。基于上述方法,开发了基于NX的模具数控加工工艺复用系统,并以孔和槽两类特征为主的轮胎模和冲模零件进行测试,该系统实现了基于图同构匹配的特征识别方法,可以准确识别数控加工特征并提取其信息,解决了数控加工工艺复用的问题,提高了数控加工编程效率。
In order to improve the flexibility and portability of the CNC process reuse system, a local feature-based CNC process reuse method was proposed. By defining the CNC machining feature template, flexible modification of feature definition and CNC process was realized. Based on the above method, a NX-based mould CNC process reuse system was developed, and the tire mould and stamping die parts were tested with two types of features, holes and slots. The system implemented a feature recognition method based on graph isomorphism algorithm, which could accurately identify CNC machining features and extract their information at the same time. It proved that the method could solve the problem of mould NC process reuse and improve the programming efficiency of mould NC machining.
