前围加强板成形工艺优化

摘要 前围加强板造型为凸字形弯曲结构,传统冲压方案采用拉深工艺,为提升材料利用率并降低零件生产成本,基于Autoform软件对零件进行成形工艺优化。结果显示,通过优化零件结构及工艺方案,前围加强板采用落料成形工艺能满足冲压成形性要求,材料利用率由50%提升至71%,并在新车型上进行推广应用。 The shape of the reinforcement dash panel was similar to the convex type structure. The traditional stamping scheme adopted drawing process, which material utilization rate was low. In order to improve the material utilization rate and reduce the production cost of parts, the forming process of parts was studied based on Autoform software. The results showed that by optimizing the part structure and process scheme, the blanking forming process could meet the requirements of stamping moulding, and the material utilization rate increased from 50% to 71%, which was promoted and applied in new models.
