摘要 在“碳达峰、碳中和”目标下,以新能源为主体电力系统特性将发生重大变化。为解决新能源出力准确性产生的供电能力不足问题,提出一种新型电力系统下源荷储协调调度方法,利用储能和柔性负荷调压能力提高紧急状态下联络线传输能力,利用储能中心和负荷聚合商优化正常状态下等效负荷,减少供电能力不足。通过试验验证紧急状态下电压调节能力的正确性,通过实际算例验证正常状态下提高供电能力的正确性,此外对新能源出力准确性产生供电能力不足问题进行灵敏性分析。 Under the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutral", the characteristics of the power system with new energy as the main body will undergo major changes. In order to solve the problem of insufficient power supply capacity caused by the accuracy of new energy power output, a new type of source-load-storage coordination under the power system is proposed. Dispatch method, using energy storage and flexible load voltage regulation capabilities to improve the transmission capacity of the tie line under emergency conditions, using energy storage centers and load aggregators to optimize the equivalent load under normal conditions, reducing the lack of power supply capacity, and verifying the voltage under emergency conditions through actual tests The correctness of the regulation ability, through actual calculation examples to verify the correctness of the improvement of the power supply capacity under normal conditions, and sensitivity analysis of the problem of insufficient power supply capacity caused by the accuracy of new energy output.
