超声斑点追踪技术在评估心脏功能中的临床应用及进展 被引量:6

摘要 超声心动图检查在心脏结构和功能的评估中一直发挥着重要作用。既往评估左心室收缩功能使用最广泛和公认的参数是左心室射血分数,随着斑点追踪技术在左心室心肌应变中的应用,越来越多的研究发现左心室应变成像可以早期发现心肌功能的细微变化,较左心室射血分数更加敏感,在识别亚临床、早期心功能改变方面具有优势,并且对多种心血管疾病的预后有预测意义。本文对近年来斑点追踪技术的最新进展以及在评估左心室功能中的临床应用作一述评。
