摘要
城市中的污水管道建设施工往往会遇到河道、房屋等阻碍,明挖施工经济成本高、社会效益差,基于以上背景非开挖顶管施工得以广泛应用。文章总结非开挖顶管施工的技术要点,依托运南路污水管跨老孟河顶管施工项目,进行数值模拟,研究顶管施工中的桩土效应。计算结果表明,顶管施工引起的桥台总位移仅0.38 mm,相邻桥台桩基的附加弯矩为56.1 kN·m,水平位移仅0.2 mm,顶管施工方案科学合理,可为类似的工程案例提供参考。
The construction of sewage pipes in cities often encounter obstacles such as rivers and houses,and open-cut construction has high economic costs and poor social benefits.In this context,trenchless pipe jacking construction has been widely used.This paper summarizes the technical key points of trenchless pipe jacking construction,relies on the Yunnan road sewage pipe across the Laomeng River pipe jacking construction project,carries on the numerical simulation,studies the pile-soil effect in the pipe jacking construction.The calculation results show that the total displacement of abutment caused by pipe jacking construction is only 0.38 mm,the additional bending moment of adjacent abutment pile foundation is 56.1 kN·m,and the horizontal displacement is only 0.2 mm.The pipe jacking construction scheme is scientific and reasonable,which can provide reference for similar engineering cases.
