摘要
文章就豫章师范学院全部在校的24名江西特殊教育定向师范生开展调查,从应用职业认同、领悟社会支持、学习投入三个维度的量表,考察与职业认同相关联的因素及其之间的关系,并在此基础上提出需进一步保障落实特殊教育教师的地位和待遇,发挥好教育实习的作用,对特教师范生专业认同教育常抓不懈,加大宣传特殊教育政策,为特教师范生积极搭建社会支持网络的建议。
This article investigated 241 Jiangxi special education oriented normal students in Yuzhang normal university,a university in Jiangxi province that trains special education oriented normal students,and applied the scale of three dimensions:professional identity,understanding social support and learning investment to investigate the factors associated with professional identity and the relationship between them,and put forward relevant suggestions on this basis:further ensure the implementation of the status and treatment of special education teachers,give full play to the role of educational practice,make unremitting efforts to the professional identity education of special teachers and students,increase the publicity of special education policies,and actively build a social support network for special teachers and students.
