新型二维纳米材料Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co的抗菌及生物安全性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以大肠杆菌(E.coli)作为研究对象,通过标准平板计数法、活死菌染色法以及扫描电子显微镜镜下观察细菌表面结构来研究Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co纳米材料在近红外光照射下的抗菌性能,同时进一步通过溶血实验、脐静脉内皮细胞的cck8细胞毒性试验及迁移试验来验证其生物安全性。结果表明:Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co纳米材料在扫描电子显微镜下呈明显的片层状结构;钴元素的加入使材料表现出优异的磁性性能;Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co复合纳米材料具有良好的抗菌性能,在250μg/mL浓度结合近红外光照射时其杀菌率可达到100%;而且Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co复合纳米材料在一定浓度范围内表现出优异的细胞相容性。材料具有潜在的广阔应用前景,可以制成抗菌涂层应用于医疗导管、手术器械及防菌纱布中。 This experiment took E.coli as the research target flora.The antibacterial properties of Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co nanomaterials under near-infrared light(NIR)were studied by standard plate counting,live-dead bacteria staining,and observation of the bacterial surface structure under a scanning electron microscope.Hemolysis test,cck8 cytotoxicity test and migration test of umbilical vein endothelial cells were further verified its biological safety.The results showed that Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co nanomaterials were clear lamellar structures.The magnetic cobalt nanowires endowed Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co nanomaterials with controllable magnetic ability.Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co composite nanomaterials had good antibacterial properties,and its sterilization rate could reach 100%at a concentration of 250μg/mL when combined with near-infrared light.At the same time,Ti_(3)C_(2)/Co composite nanomaterials showed excellent cell compatibility within a certain concentration range.This material had potential application prospects and could be used as an antibacterial agent in many fields such asmedical catheters,surgical instruments and antibacterial gauze.
