摘要
益生菌发酵饲料因其具有提升饲料应用价值,丰富饲料资源,改善动物肠道健康,增强机体免疫力,提高动物生产性能等优势,备受市场的关注。本文对益生菌发酵饲料的概念、菌种种类、菌种筛选、优势和存在的问题以及在动物生产中的应用进行综述,旨在为益生菌发酵饲料的开发利用提供理论参考。
Probiotics fermented feed had the advantages of enhancing the application value of feed,enriching feed resources,improving animal intestinal health,enhancing immunity,and improving animal production performance,etc.,and it was highly praised by the market.This article summarized the concept of probiotic fermented feed,strain types,strain screening,its advantages and existing problems,and its application in animal production,aimed to provide a theoretical reference for the development and utilization of probiotics fermented feed.
