摘要 为探明催乳素(PRL)和氧气(O_(2))对大鼠乳腺上皮(HC11)细胞氧化应激的影响及作用机制,试验以大鼠HC11细胞为载体,研究了在有氧和缺氧条件下催乳素对由过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))诱发的HC11细胞氧化应激的影响。结果表明:催乳素有利于改善氧化应激对乳腺乳蛋白基因表达的影响,其作用是通过增加抗氧化基因的表达、激活炎症因子的表达和维持葡萄糖转运因子的正常运转而实现的。 In order to investigate the effects of prolactin and oxygen on milk protein synthesis in HC11 cells under oxidative stress and its mechanism.The effects of prolactin on oxidative stress induced by H_(2)O_(2)in rat HC11 cells under aerobic and anoxic conditions were studied.The results showed that prolactin was beneficial to improve the effect of oxidative stress on the expression of milk protein genes,which were achieved by increasing the expression of antioxidant genes,activating the expression of inflammatory factors and maintaining the normal operation of glucose transporters.
