日粮中添加沙葱及其提取物对杜寒杂交羊生产性能及肉品质的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Allium mongolicum Regel and its extracts on the growth performance,and meat quality of Dorper×Thin-Tailed Han Crossbred Mutton Lambs

摘要 为研究日粮中添加沙葱及其提取物对杜寒杂交羊生产性能及肉品质的影响,根据同质原则试验选取杜寒杂交羊60只,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮(CK),试验组分为3组,分别为沙葱粉组(AMR),沙葱水提物组(AWE)和沙葱醇提物组(AFE)。试验持续75 d,其中预饲期15 d,正饲期60 d。正饲期内测定杜寒杂交羊生产性能。正饲期结束后,从每个重复随机选2只羊进行屠宰,采集背最长肌样品测定羊肉品质。结果表明:(1)整个试验期内,沙葱醇提物组(AFE)杜寒杂交羊平均干物质采食量(P=0.001)及料重比(P=0.039)显著低于对照组(CK)(6.63%、10.45%)、沙葱水提物组(AWE)(8.04%、5.33%)和沙葱粉组(AMR)(8.04%、3.42%)。(2)AWE组杜寒杂交羊背最长肌b*值显著低于CK组(17.63%)和AFE组(3.90%)(P=0.010),H*值显著低于CK组(7.04%)和AMR组(7.69%)(P=0.009);AWE组和AMR组杜寒杂交羊背最长肌剪切力显著低于CK组(33.75%和31.40%)(P=0.029);AWE组、AFE组和AMR组杜寒杂交羊背最长肌肌内脂肪的含量显著高于CK组(1.21%、0.61%和2.25%)(P=0.031)。综上所述,沙葱醇提物能够降低杜寒杂交羊的料重比,提高饲料转化率,沙葱及其提取物能不同程度的改善杜寒杂交羊背最长肌肉品质。 The objective of this study was to determine the effects of dietary supplementation with Allium mongolicum Regel and its extracts on the growth performance and meat quality of Dorper×Thin-Tailed Han Crossbred Mutton Lambs.Sixty 3-month-old Small-Tailed Han rams were selected and randomly divided into four groups in a randomized block design,each containing five animals in triplicates.Four feeding treatments were used:(1)A basal diet without any supplementation as the control group.(2)Basal diet supplemented with Allium mongolicum Regel powder as the AMR group.(3)Basal diet supplemented with Allium mongolicum Regel water extract as the AWE group.(4)Basal diet supplemented with Allium mongolicum Regel ethanol extract as the AFE group.The experiment lasted for 75 days,including a 15-day preliminary feeding period for adaptation and a 60-day experimental feeding period.Determination of production performance of Dorper×Thin-Tailed Han Crossbred Mutton Lambs during experimental feeding period.Two sheep were randomly selected from each replicate at the end of the normal feeding period for slaughter,and samples of longissimus dorsi muscle were collected to determine the quality of the lamb.The results showed that:(1)During the whole experimental period,the average dry matter intake(P=0.001)and feed weight ratio(P=0.039)of Dorper×Thin-Tailed Han Crossbred Mutton Lambs in AFE group were significantly lower than those in control group(CK)(6.63%,10.45%),AWE group(8.04%,5.33%)and AMR group(8.04%,3.42%).The b*value of the longest dorsal muscle in the AWE group was significantly lower than that in the CK(17.63%)and AFE groups(3.90%)(P=0.010),and the H*value was significantly lower than that in the CK(7.04%)and AMR(7.69%)groups(P=0.009).The shear force of longissimus dorsi muscle in AWE group and AMR group was significantly lower than that in CK group(33.75%and 31.40%)(P=0.029).The content of intramuscular fat of longissimus dorsi muscle in AWE group,AFE group and AMR group was significantly higher than that in CK group(P=0.031)(1.21%,0.61%和2.25%).Allium mongolicum Regel ethanol extract could reduce the feed-to-weight ratio and improve the feed conversion rate of Dorper×Thin-Tailed Han Crossbred Mutton Lambs,and Allium mongolicum Regel and its extracts could improve meat quality of longissimus dorsi muscle to different degrees.
