动物科学专业《畜牧生物统计附试验设计》教学实践与探讨

Teaching practice and exploration of Biometrics and Experimental Design on Animal Science for students with animal science specialty

统计与试验设计是生命科学研究的基础,对试验数据的整理、分析和判断以及试验设计的合理性、有效性均具有重要的作用。《畜牧生物统计附试验设计》是数理统计原理和方法在生命科学研究中的应用,为动物科学专业的学科基础必修课。本文以甘肃农业大学动物科学专业《畜牧生物统计附试验设计》的本科教学为例,从教材的选择、课程基本情况、教学内容、教学方法和教学效果评价及考核方式5个方面进行实践与探讨,旨在为动物科学专业《畜牧生物统计附试验设计》的本科教学提供参考。

Statistics and experimental design are the basis of life science research.They play an important role in the sorting,analysis and judgment of experimental data and the rationality and effectiveness of experimental design.Biometrics and Experimental Design on Animal Science is the application of mathematical statistics principles and methods in life science research.It is a basic compulsory course for animal science majors.Taking the undergraduate teaching of Biometrics and Experimental Design on Animal Science in animal science major of Gansu Agricultural University as an example,this paper practiced and discussed from five aspects:the selection of teaching materials,the basic situation of the course,the teaching content,teaching methods,the evaluation and examination methods of teaching effect,in order to provide reference for the undergraduate teaching of Biometrics and Experimental Design on Animal Science in animal science major.
