摘要
目的对2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与尿酸、血脂水平相关性及临床意义进行分析研究。方法选取山西省某医院于2019年12月—2021年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者96例为研究对象,按照患者体内HbA1c水平分为对照组45例(HbA1c≤7%)和观察组51例(HbA1c>7%)。比较两组患者的HbA1c水平与尿酸、血脂水平,并对其相关性进行分析。结果观察组患者的血清尿酸(UA)、三酰甘油(TG)、血清胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、胱抑素C(CysC)明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,HbA1c指标与TC、TG、LDL-C和UA水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C及CysC呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论HbA1c水平不仅能够反映2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况,还与尿酸、血脂具有较好的相关性,能够反映患者机体尿酸与血脂代谢情况。
Objective To analyze the correlation and clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),uric acid and blood lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to a hospital in Shanxi Province from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into control group 45 cases(HbA1c≤7%)and observation group 51 cases(HbA1c>7%)according to the level of HbA1c in the body.The HbA1c level,uric acid and blood lipid levels of the two groups of patients were compared and their correlations were analyzed.Results The serum uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG),serum cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)and cystatin(CysC)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the glycated hemoglobin index was positively correlated with the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and UA(P<0.05).It was negatively correlated with HDL-C and CysC(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of HbA1c can not only reflect the blood sugar control of patients with type 2 diabetes,but also has a good correlation with uric acid and blood lipids,and can reflect the metabolism of uric acid and blood lipids in patients.
