益生菌联合维生素D对GDM孕妇糖脂代谢的影响

摘要 目的探讨益生菌联合维生素D对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2021年1月于该院收治的80例GDM孕妇为研究对象,应用计算机随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组在此基础上增加维生素D(VD)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加益生菌治疗,对比两组糖代谢、血脂指标。结果两组治疗前空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、血清空腹胰岛素(FINS0)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组糖代谢相关指标水平均降低,且研究组FPG(5.26±0.33)mmol/L、2 hPG(6.27±1.24)mmol/L、FINS0(17.21±3.19)mU/L、HbA1c水平(5.14±0.53)%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.836、4.412、1.922、2.844,P<0.05);两组治疗前血脂指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组TG(3.11±0.87)mmol/L、TC(3.15±0.92)mmol/L、LDL-C水平(3.08±0.66)mmol/L均低于对照组,HDL-C水平(4.26±1.35)mmol/L高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌联合VD可调节GDM孕妇糖脂代谢情况。 Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics combined with vitamin D on glucose and lipid metabolism in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with GDM who were admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the study group by computer random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,the control group received vitamin D(VD)therapy on this basis,and the study group received probiotic therapy on the basis of the control group.The glucose metabolism and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),serum fasting insulin(FINS0),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of glucose metabolism-related indexes in both groups were decreased,and the levels of FPG(5.26±0.33)mmol/L,2 hPG(6.27±1.24)mmol/L,FINS0(17.21±3.19)mU/L,HbA1c(5.14±0.53)%in the study group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.836,4.412,1.922,2.844,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid index levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG(3.11±0.87)mmol/L,TC(3.15±0.92)mmol/L and LDL-C(3.08±0.66)mmol/L in the study group were lower than the control group,and the HDL-C level(4.26±1.35)mmol/L was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with VD can regulate the metabolism of glucose and lipids in pregnant women with GDM.
