综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及分娩结局的影响研究

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control and Delivery Outcomes in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究综合护理应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者的价值。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月在该院就诊的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者选择常规护理模式进行护理干预,观察组患者接受综合护理模式实施护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组心理状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现不良妊娠结局的概率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠期糖尿病患者提供综合护理干预措施,可以有效控制患者血糖水平,改善患者的心理状况,并转变妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the value of comprehensive nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group chose the conventional nursing mode for nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group received the comprehensive nursing mode for nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in psychological status between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The probability of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,providing comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,improve the psychological status of patients,and change the outcome of pregnancy.
