延续性护理对乳腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Nursing on Patients with Benign Breast Tumors and Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨延续性护理对乳腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月82例乳腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机信封法分为参照组和观察组,各41例,分别采用常规护理和延续性护理。比较两组护理满意度评分、并发症发生率、血糖稳定率、生活质量、血糖指标、不良情绪。结果护理后,观察组护理满意度评分、生活质量评分均高于参照组;观察组血糖稳定率、血糖指标均优于参照组;观察组不良情绪评分、并发症发生率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为乳腺良性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者实施延续性护理干预,可以改善患者血糖指标,提高患者血糖稳定率,能够提升患者生活质量,减少患者不良情绪。

Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing in patients with benign breast tumors and diabetes.Methods A total of 82 patients with benign breast tumors and diabetes from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into a reference group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group,and the routine care and the continuous care were implemented,respectively.Nursing satisfaction scores,complication rates,blood glucose stability rates,quality of life,blood glucose indicators,and negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group;the blood glucose stability rate and blood glucose index in the observation group were better than those in the control group;the adverse emotions score and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing continuous nursing intervention for patients with benign breast tumors and diabetes mellitus can improve the blood glucose index,improve the blood glucose stability rate,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the negative emotions of patients.
