人文关怀护理理念对老年2型糖尿病患者遵医行为及血糖的影响

Influence of Humanistic Care Nursing Concept on Medical Compliance Behavior and Blood Glucose in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析2型糖尿病老年患者采取人文关怀护理理念干预对提高患者遵医行为,稳定患者血糖水平的效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月该院收治的2型糖尿病老年患者96例,根据单双号法分为观察组(单号,48例)与对照组(双号,48例)。对照组采取常规模式干预,观察组实施人文关怀护理理念干预,比较两组患者护理前后血糖水平变化,对比两组患者护理前后遵医行为、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理干预后血糖测定结果(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者相应遵医行为(用药、运动、饮食、复诊)评分结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病老年患者通过开展人文关怀护理理念干预能够促进患者血糖指标的有效控制,提高患者遵医行为,建立良好护患关系,提倡运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care nursing concept intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus on improving patients'compliance with medicine and stabilizing their blood glucose levels.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,96 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes we selected and admitted admitted in the hospital.According to the odd and even number method,they were divided into observation group(odd number,48 cases)and control group(even number,48 cases).The control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was given humanistic care nursing concept intervention.The changes of blood glucose levels before and after nursing in the two groups were compared,and the compliance behavior and quality of life and nursing satisfaction survey of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results The blood glucose measurement results(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)in the observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of corresponding medical compliance behaviors(medication,exercise,diet,and follow-up visits)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing statistaction survey in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of humanistic care nursing concept in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can promote the effective control of blood glucose indicators,improve patients'compliance with medicine,establish a good relationship between nurses and patients,and promote the use of it.
