糖尿病肾病患者在血液透析中低血糖的干预

Intervention of Hypoglycemia in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy During Hemodialysis

目的评估在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中采用低血糖干预的方式与效果。方法选择该院2020年10月—2021年10月收治的73例糖尿病肾病患者,全部患者均接受血液透析治疗,将患者以随机数表法分为对照组(n=36)与观察组(n=37),对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用持续质量改进护理,将两组糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的干预效果进行比较。结果观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,各时间段平均血糖水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经干预后,自我护理能力评分、舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中采用持续质量改进可以有效预防低血糖,改善患者的预后,可以提升患者透析效果,值得在临床中予以推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the mode and effect of hypoglycemia intervention in hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 73 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected,and all patients received hemodialysis.The patients were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=37)by random number table method.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received continuous quality improvement nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups of diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients were compared.Results The incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the average blood glucose level in each time period was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-care ability and comfort were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement in the hemodialysis treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients can effectively prevent hypoglycemia,improve the prognosis of patients,and improve the dialysis effect of patients.It is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
