HP-GPC的橡胶沥青反应特性研究

摘要 本论述采用布氏粘度法及凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)分别对橡胶沥青在不同工艺参数下的反应特性进行了研究。试验结果表明:胶粉掺量会直接影响橡胶沥青的粘度,胶粉掺量越高、粘度越高;而温度和胶粉掺量都直接影响沥青LMS,两者的增加都可使其显著增大;当温度较低时,LMS增加橡胶沥青的粘度会随温度的升高而增大,而在较高的温度下,LMS和粘度也会相互影响,粘度随LMS增加而减小。此外,采用IE(Interaction Effect)和PE(Particle Effect)的评价指标对橡胶沥青的粘度和LMS的影响进行了分析,结果表明:橡胶沥青粘度主要取决于PE的作用,PE增大、粘度增大,且两者相关性非常显著;LMS主要取决于IE的作用,LMS也随IE的增加而变大,且两者也具有良好的相关性。
