小兴安岭地区刺五加嫩枝扦插育苗技术

摘要 以小兴安岭高寒林区所采集的刺五加插穗为试验材料,分别开展了3种外源激素和4种扦插基质的人工繁育技术研究工作,对不同外源激素处理浓度、处理时间及不同基质配比对扦插生根的影响作用进行数据分析,结果显示:(1)在100 mg/L处理条件下,浸泡30 s最佳,以各激素综合数据为指标,生根表现为ABT1>IBA>NAA。(2)不同扦插基质在相同水分、温度管理条件下,对刺五加生根影响差异显著,而基质透气性是这种差异的主要影响因子。 Taking the cuttings of Acanthopanax senticosus collected in the alpine forest area of Xiaoxing'anling Mountains as experimental materials,the researchers carried out the research on the artificial breeding technology of three exogenous hormones and four cutting substrates respectively,and analyzed the effects of different exogenous hormone treatment concentrations,treatment time and different matrix ratio on cutting rooting.The results show that:1 Under the condition of 100 mg/L treatment,soaking for 30 s is the best.Taking the comprehensive data of various hormones as the index,the rooting performance is ABT1>IBA>NAA.2.Different cutting substrates had significant effects on the rooting of Acanthopanax senticosus under the same water and temperature management,and the permeability of the substrate was the main factor affecting the difference.
