Research Progress on Measurement Methods of Artificial Intelligence Development Level

人工智能发展水平测度问题已经成为各国学者和研究机构高度重视的热点问题。本文旨在从经济学视角对人工智能发展水平测度相关文献进行全面梳理,在清晰界定人工智能概念内涵的基础上,归纳总结人工智能综合发展水平、人工智能渗透率、人工智能对经济各领域影响程度等方面的测度方法。特别是,本文梳理了现有合理可操作的测度指标体系、数据处理方法,力求为人工智能发展水平的测度提供有价值的经验借鉴和理论参考。

The measurement of the development level of artificial intelligence(AI)has become a hot issue to which scholars and research institutions all over the world attach great importance.This paper aims to comprehensively sort out the relevant literature on measuring the AI development level from the perspective of economics,and,on the basis of clearly defining the concept and connotation of AI,summarize the measurement methods of AI comprehensive development level,AI penetration rate as well as the influence degree of AI on various economic fields.In particular,the existing reasonable and operable measurement index system and data processing methods are sorted out to provide valuable experience and theoretical reference for the measurement of the development level of AI.
