Study on Layout of Science and Technology Infrastructure in Jiangsu Province during 14^(th) Five-Year Plan Period

科技基础设施是开展科技创新活动的重要基础,科技基础设施的战略领域布局是科技基础设施建设规划中的重要内容。在分析发达国家科技基础设施重点领域布局和趋势的基础上,进一步分析了目前江苏科技基础设施在基础研究和产业创新领域的布局情况,提出了“十四五”时期江苏科技基础设施建设布局的重点领域布局建议和保障措施。

Science and technology infrastructure is an important basis for carrying out science and technology innovation activities,and the strategic field layout of science and technology infrastructure is an important content of science and technology infrastructure construction planning.Based on the analysis of layout and trend of key fields of science and technology infrastructure in developed countries,this paper further analyzes the current layout of Jiangsu's science and technology infrastructure in the fields of basic research and industrial innovation,and puts forward some suggestions and safeguard measures for the layout of key fields of Jiangsu's science and technology infrastructure construction during the 14^(th) Five-Year Plan period.
