技术经理人是科技成果转化管理中促进技术转移和科技成果转化的新兴职业,是技术服务中的关键性人才,是推动高校、科研院所创新成果和企业转移转化的桥梁和纽带。医药领域科学研究周期长,需要科研团队投入大量的经费、时间、精力。作为新时代创新驱动发展战略背景下国家亟需的高端复合型专业化人才,医药领域技术经理人从业需要具备6类专业常识知识和5项关键核心能力。
In the transformation management of scientific and technological achievements,technical manager is a new profession to promote technology transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,a key talent in technical service,and a bridge and link to promote the transfer and transformation of innovation achievements of universities and research institutes and enterprises.The scientific research cycle in the medical field is long,which requires the scientific research team to invest a lot of funds,time and energy.As the high-end compound professional talents urgently needed by the country under the background of innovation-driven development strategy in the new era,the technical managers in the medical field need to have six kinds of professional common knowledge and five key core abilities.
