超级电容启动装置在海上平台的安装测试及实际应用

摘要 海上平台应急发电机、柴油消防泵、柴油吊机等关键设备的启动方式主要为蓄电池启动,但蓄电池日常维护工作量较大,使用寿命较短(通常为5~7年),环境适用温度范围仅为0~40℃,充电速度慢且整体更换成本高。超级电容与蓄电池相比,具有环保免维护、使用寿命长、充电速度快等优点,能有效解决蓄电池发生馈电现象时蓄电池充电时间长、无法正常启机、无法保证应急响应的问题。为此通过超级电容启动装置在海上平台应急机上的实际应用进一步分析阐述了其适用性。 The starting mode of offshore platform emergency generator,diesel fire pump,diesel crane and other key equipment is mainly the battery starting.The daily maintenance workload of the battery is relatively large,the service life is short(usually 5 to 7 years),the environmental applicable temperature range is only 0 to 40℃,the charging speed is slow and the overall replacement cost is high.Compared with batteries,ultra-capacitors have the advantages of environmental protection and maintenance-free,long service life,fast charging speed and so on.Ultra-capacitors can effectively solve the problems such as long charging time,failure to start normally,and failure to ensure emergency response when batteries are fed.Therefore,through the application of ultra-capacitor starting device in offshore platform emergency generator,its appli-cability is further analyzed and expounded.
