癌症患者益处发现体验质性研究的Meta整合

Meta synthesis of qualitative research on benefit finding experience of cancer patients

目的系统评价癌症患者益处发现的心理体验。方法系统检索EMBASE、PubMed、EBSCO(CINAHL+Medline)、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、维普网和万方数据库从建库至2020年9月30日有关癌症患者益处发现的质性研究。采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心对质性研究的真实性评价工具进行文献评价,以汇集性整合的方法归纳结果。结果共纳入9篇文献,提炼出23个结果,形成8个类别,归纳为3个整合结果,分别为患者得到个人成长、患者的社会关系趋于积极化、患者积极规划未来。结论癌症患者患癌后存在益处发现,医护人员应重视患者此心理变化并从不同角度积极引导,给予心理支持,以促进癌症患者心理健康。

Objective To systematically evaluate the psychological experience of benefit finding in cancer patients.Methods The qualitative studies on the benefit finding of cancer patients from EMBASE,PubMed,EBSCO(CINAHL+Medline),SinoMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP and Wanfang Database were systematically retrieved from the databases establishment to September 30,2020.The authenticity evaluation tool of qualitative research of evidence-based health care center of Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)in Australia was used for literature evaluation,and the results were summarized by the method of aggregation and integration.Results A total of 9 literatures were included and 23 results were extracted to form 8 categories,which were summarized into 3 integration results,including personal growth of patients,positive social relations for patients and active planning for the future.Conclusions It is found that there is benefit finding for cancer patients after suffering from cancer.Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological changes of patients,actively guide and give psychological support from different angles,so as to promote the mental health of cancer patients.
