TOMATIS听觉训练在乳腺癌患者化疗后的应用效果

Effects of TOMATIS auditory training in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy

目的探讨TOMATIS听觉训练对乳腺癌患者化疗后焦虑抑郁情绪与生活质量的影响,验证其有效性。方法选择江苏省连云港市第二人民医院2019年7月—2020年7月接诊收治的72例乳腺癌化疗患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组患者采用传统的护理模式进行护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用TOMATIS听觉训练。观察两组患者护理前后的应对情况、焦虑、抑郁情况及生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组应对方式优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TOMATIS听觉训练可以有效改善乳腺癌患者的应对方式,减少患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of TOMATIS auditory training on anxiety,depression and quality of life in patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy,and to verify its effectiveness.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,72 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang,Jiangsu Province were selected as the research object.According to random drawing,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with TOMATIS auditory training on the basis of routine nursing.The coping style,anxiety,depression and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after nursing were observed.Results After the intervention,the coping style of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions TOMATIS auditory training can effectively improve the coping style,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life in breast cancer patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
