摘要 目的观察对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者施行高压氧治疗的效果。方法随机将2019年6月至2020年12月我院100例ACI对照组(50例,常规药物治疗)、观察组(50例,常规药物+高压氧治疗)。对比两组总有效率、神经缺损功能评分、氧化应激反应指标(丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD))、脑血流灌注情况[脑血流量(CBF)、脑血容量(CBV)及对比剂达峰时间(TTP)]。结果观察组总有效率(95.83%)高于对照组79.17%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经缺损功能评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MDA较对照组更低,GSH-Px、SOD较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CBF、CBV较对照组更高,且TTP较对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论对ACI患者施行高压氧治疗有助于加速神经功能恢复,改善脑血流灌注及减轻氧化应激反应。 Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 100 patients with ACI in our hospital from six 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases,treated with conventional drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy).The total effective rate,neurological deficit function score,oxidative stress reaction indexes(malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX),superoxide dismutase(SOD),cerebral blood flow(CBF),cerebral blood volume(CBV)and peak time of contrast agent(TTP)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.83%)was higher than that of the control group(79.17%),P<0.05;the neurological deficit function score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the MDA of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,GSH PX and SOD were higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the CBF and CBV of the observation group after treatment were more than those of the control group,and the TTP was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with ACI the recovery of neurological function,improve cerebral blood flow perfusion and reduce oxidative stress reaction.
