摘要目的探究成人急性髓性白血病并发静脉血栓栓塞的预防。方法回顾性分析我院30例成人急性髓性白血病患者为研究对象,男20例,女10例,年龄23~55(40.23±4.33)岁,分型为AML-M2纳入标准板增多症患者,以血栓弹力图(TEG)检测结果决定置管时机的护理效果。结果本组病例发生了3例(10%)VTE,行常规抗凝治疗(低相对分子质量肝素钠)痊愈。结论急性白血病治疗需要CVAD置管,为防范静脉血栓栓塞,应严格遵守置管注意事项。
