摘要 为优化皮革加脂剂配比和加脂工艺,以经过铬复鞣的坯革为原料皮,选用合成加脂剂、牛蹄油、磷脂、羊毛脂加脂剂以及阳离子加脂剂等进行加脂试验,以加脂废液的COD以及加脂后坯革的感官性能、热性能等为评价指标,采用均匀设计法进行优化,并对优化方案进行验证。结果表明,当合成加脂剂用量为7.39%,牛蹄油用量为2.35%,磷脂用量为2.64%,羊毛脂加脂剂用量为1.23%,阳离子加脂剂用量为0.30%时,加脂后坯革的感官性能、热性能等较好,有利于皮革加脂工艺生态化设计与应用。 In order to optimize the ratio of leather fatliquor and the fatliquoring process,chrome retanned crust leather used as raw material,synthetic fatliquor,hoof oil,phospholipid,lanolin fatliquor and cationic fatliquor were selected as fatliquor.The COD of fatliquoring waste liquid,the sensory and thermal properties of fatliquored crust leather as evaluation indexes,uniform design was used for optimization,and the optimization scheme was verified.The results showed that when the dosage of synthetic fatliquoring agent was 7.39%,hoof oil was 2.35%,phospholipid was 2.64%,lanolin fatliquoring agent was 1.23% and cationic fatliquoring agent was 0.30%,the sensory and thermal properties of fatliquored leather were better,which was conducive to the ecological design and application of leather fatliquoring process.
