摘要 为提高皮革的档次,增加皮革的附加值,完善皮革的功能性,提出了一种利用石墨烯基复合材料生产制造多功能赋性皮革的涂饰工艺技术。通过对各涂层的优化,设计各涂层的功能性,将具有阻燃性、抗菌性、负氧离子释放性、防水性的多种石墨烯基复合材料应用于皮革涂饰工艺中,所得皮革物理机械性能好,具有多种功能性,且质量好、档次高,具有良好的社会经济效益。 In order to improve the quality of leather,increase the added value of leather and improve the functionality of leather,a finishing technology that used graphene-based composite materials to produce multi-functional leather was proposed.By optimizing and designing the functionality of each coating,a variety of graphene-based composite materials with flame retardancy,antibacterial properties,negative oxygen ion release properties and water resistance were applied to the leather finishing process,and the resulting leather has good physical mechanical properties and variety of functions.Moreover,threre were good quality,high grade,and good social and economic benefits.
