“现实-价值”目标互动视角下的合作社养老行动分析

Analysis on cooperatives pension services from the perspective of“reality-value”goal interaction

农民合作社积极提供乡村互助养老服务,承载经济供养、生活照护与情感慰藉等重要功能,是对乡村传统养老模式的重要补充。基于社会行动理论,从“现实—价值”目标互动分析的视角出发,对H省H合作社的养老行动进行分析。研究发现,H合作社养老不仅具有延续传统孝道文化的价值诉求,同时还具有提升乡村老人生活质量的现实诉求。H合作社养老是H合作社组织“现实诉求”和“价值诉求”的行动目标持续互动的结果。H合作社养老双重目标的互动过程包括合作社养老理念的生成与灌输、合作社养老行动的沟通与协调以及合作社养老服务的实践探索。完善合作社养老必须加强合作社养老的体制机制建设,加大合作社养老的政策宣传力度,提升合作社养老资源的汲取能力,提升合作社养老服务的专业技术能力,促进合作社养老产业的多元融合发展。

Farmers'cooperatives provide rural mutual pension services with financial support,daily consideration and spiritual consolation,which is an important supplement for the traditional model.Based on the social action theory,taking H Village cooperative in H Province as an example,this article analyzes the behavior logic of cooperatives’participating in rural mutual pension services from the perspective of"reality-value"goal interaction.The results revealed that it not only had the value appeal of continuing the traditional filiality culture,but also had the realistic appeal of improving the life quality of the elderly in rural areas.It was the result of continuous interaction between the"realistic appeal"and"value appeal".The dual goals interactive processes included the generation and inculcation of cooperative pension philosophy,the communication and coordination of cooperative pension action and the practices of cooperative pension services.To perfect the cooperative pension,we must improve system and mechanism construction,strengthen policy publicity,improve resources acquisition abilities,improve professional and technical service,to promote the diversified and integrated development of cooperatives pension industries.
