摘要 为了实现对偏远地区无人值守的石油、天然气等开采设备的设备运行状况、周边运行环境状况、安全状况的数据采集及视频监控的智能值守功能,提出了一种基于MT6735移动处理器及MCU的多功能远端监测系统的低功耗硬件设计方案,并进行了系统硬件方框图设计、MT6735模块硬件方框图设计、模拟输入和数字输入电路设计、RS485电路设计及Modbus协议定义。基于此方案研发的远端监测系统初步完成样机功能调试,验证了此方法的可实现性及经济性。 In order to realize the data acquisition and video monitoring of equipment operation status, surrounding environment status and safety status of unattended oil, natural gas and other mining equipment in remote areas, the paper introduces a low-power hardware design scheme of remote monitoring system based on MT6735 mobile processor and MCU. It mainly includes hardware block diagram of system, hardware block diagram of MT6735 module, analog input and digital input ports circuits, RS485circuits and Modbus protocol definitions. The remote monitoring system based on this method have completed prototype debugging,which verifies the feasibility and economy of this scheme.
