一种新型缓释过氧化氢隐形矫治器材料力学及生物性能的实验研究

摘要 目的:研制一种装载过氧化氢缓释凝胶的新型隐形矫治器热压膜材料,并研究其性能。方法:制备过氧化氢缓释凝胶及装载凝胶的热压膜材料,并检测过氧化氢缓释效果。测试并对比装载凝胶的热压膜材料与普通热压膜材料的透光性能、力学性能及生物相容性。结果:装载凝胶的热压膜材料能实现缓释过氧化氢;相比于普通热压膜材料,装载凝胶的热压膜材料弹性模量增加,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率减小(P<0.05);雾度增加,透光率降低(P<0.05),但透光率仍大于80%,细胞毒性评价结果表明装载凝胶的热压膜材料对人牙龈成纤维细胞增殖无明显影响。结论:新型缓释过氧化氢热压膜材料同时具备具有良好的力学性能、光学性能及生物相容性。 Objective:To develop a novel thermoforming film material loaded with hydrogen peroxide sustained-release gel and to study its properties.Methods:Hydrogen peroxide sustained-release gel and thermoforming film materials loaded with gel(TFMG)were prepared,and the sustained release of hydrogen peroxide was detected.The light transmittance,mechanical properties and biocompatibility of TFMG and common thermoforming film were tested and compared.Results:The TFMG achieved sustained release of hydrogen peroxide.Compared with those of the ordinary thermoforming film material,the elastic modulus of TFMG was higher,and the tensile strength and elongation at break were lower(P<0.05).With the increase of haze,the transmittance of TFMG was decreased(P<0.05)but still greater than 80%.Cytotoxicity evaluation showed that TFMG had no significant effect on the proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts.Conclusion:The novel thermoforming film material can slow-release hydrogen peroxide and has good mechanical and optical properties and biocompatibility.
