数字化拟合WALA嵴平面与下颌体轴平面以及平面相关性研究

A study of the correlation between the digitally fitted WALA ridge plane and the mandibular body axial plane and the occlusal plane

摘要 目的:分析拟合WALA嵴平面拟合度及其与下颌体轴平面、平面的相关性。方法:纳入59例正畸患者的CBCT图像,建立3D模型。取WALA嵴骨性标志点的坐标值,运用最小二乘法拟合WALA嵴平面,将实际坐标值带入平面公式求得相应拟合值、误差百分比。测量拟合WALA嵴平面、下颌体轴平面、平面分别与5个标准平面之间的夹角,记为三组角度值,对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:拟合值与实际值无统计学差异(P>0.05),且相关性显著(P<0.01);X、Y、Z各组数值的误差百分比的均值,标准差均小于0.1;3组角度值相关性显著(P<0.05)。结论:最小二乘法拟合的WALA嵴平面拟合度优,拟合WALA嵴平面、下颌体轴平面、平面三者间相关性显著,均可考虑作为正畸科研中的测量平面。 Objective:To analyze the fitting degree of the fitted WALA ridge plane,and the correlation between this plane and the mandibular body axial plane and the occlusal plane.Methods:CBCT images of 59 orthodontic patients were selected to establish 3D models.The coordinate values of bone markers of the WALA ridge were taken and the least square method was used to fit the WALA ridge plane.The actual coordinate values were put into the plane formula to obtain the corresponding fitting values and error percentage.The fitted WALA ridge plane and the occlusal plane formed angles with the five standard planes respectively.The 3 sets of angle values and the data were used for statistical analysis.Results:There was no statistical difference between the fitting value and the actual value(P>0.05),and the correlation was significant(P<0.01);the mean and standard deviation of the error percentage of the group of X,Y and Z values were all less than 0.1;the 3 sets of angle values were significantly correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fitting degree of the WALA ridge plane by the least square method is excellent,which can provide a new method to find the reference plane.The correlation between the fitting WALA ridge plane,mandibular axial plane and the occlusal plane is significant,and all of them can be considered as measurement planes for orthodontic research.
