农村丧偶老年人孤独感现状及影响因素研究进展

Research progress on loneliness and its influencing factors of widowed elderly in rural areas

我国老龄化日趋严重,老年人孤独感是随着老龄化产生的显著心理问题,是影响老年人生活质量的重要因素。通过阅读国内外文献总结发现,农村丧偶老年人孤独感较城市、社区丧偶老年人更为显著,影响农村丧偶老年人孤独感的因素主要有两个方面:一是人口学因素,包括年龄、性别、文化程度、是否再婚、家庭经济状况、子女陪伴等;二是社会因素,主要指社会支持。根据影响因素从个人、家庭、社会方面提出相应的措施,希望能促进更多人关注农村丧偶老年人的心理健康,为促进农村丧偶老年人心理健康提供借鉴意义。

The aging of our country is becoming more and more serious.The loneliness of the elderly is a significant psychological problem that arises with the aging,and it is an important factor affecting the quality of life of the elderly.Through reading domestic and foreign literature,it is found that the loneliness of the widowed elderly in rural areas is more significant than that of the widowed elderly in urban and community areas.There are two main factors affecting the loneliness of the widowed elderly in rural areas:First,demographic factors,including age,gender,education level,whether to remarry,family economic status,children′s company,etc.The second is social factors,which mainly refer to social support.According to the influencing factors,corresponding measures are proposed from the personal,family,and social aspects.It is hoped that more people will pay attention to the mental health of the widowed elderly in rural areas,and provide reference for the promotion of the mental health of the widowed elderly in rural areas.
