四手操作护理配合技术对口腔显微镜下根管治疗患者舒适度的影响

Effect of four-hand nursing technology on the comfort of root canal treatment under oral microscope

目的观察四手操作护理配合技术对口腔显微镜下根管治疗(RCT)患者舒适度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月新疆医科大学第一附属医院/附属口腔医院,新疆维吾尔自治区口腔医学研究所接收的90例接受显微镜下RCT患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组患者接受常规护理配合,观察组患者接受四手操作护理配合;比较两组RCT时间、根管填充质量、患者舒适度[采用舒适状况量表(GCQ)评估]及患者对护理满意度(采用医院自制护理满意度问卷评估)。结果观察组患者根管预备、根管充填、根管封闭时间及总治疗时间均短于对照组,且观察组GCQ中各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者根管填充优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者对护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四手操作护理应用于口腔显微镜下RCT患者中,可缩短RCT时间,提高患者舒适度及满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of four-hand nursing technology on the comfort of root canal treatment under oral microscope.Methods A total of 90 patients receiving microscopic RCT from the First Affiliated Hospital/Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,the Institute of Stomatology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases).The control group received routine care cooperation and the observation group received four-hand nursing.RCT time,root tube filling quality,patient comfort(assessed by comfort status scale[GCQ])and patient satisfaction with care(assessed by the self-made care satisfaction questionnaire)were compared between the two groups.Results The time of root canal preparation,root canal filling,root canal sealing and total treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the GCQ score and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of root canal filling between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Four-hand nursing used in RCT patients under oral microscope can shorten RCT time and improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
